1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Please include your full name, contact information, and proof of course registration in your request.

2. Refund Policy

• Within 15 Days of Purchase:

o If you have completed less than 25% of the course, you are eligible for a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee.

o Refunds will not be issued if you have completed 25% or more of the course.

• After 15 Days of Purchase:

o No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Completion Requirement

To gain full access to the course benefits, participants are encouraged to complete at least 70% of the course.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to emergencies or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

5. No-Show Policy

As courses are pre-recorded or self-paced, failure to engage with the course content will not result in a refund or course transfer.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the request.

• Refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs.

• Non-refundable items include administrative fees and any materials or bonuses provided with the course.
